Sony RDR-VX420 problem.?
Yesterday, I bought Sony RAR-VX420 DVD/VHS recordable player because of it’s “one touch converting vhs to dvd” function.
I have come to set it up on my Sony Bravia TV and its finem there’s only one problem… It won’t load any DVDs…
When I put a DVD in, it says “the disc cant be played, nor recorded on”. This is a DVD bought from a shop, not a copied one.
I have also tried it with a DVD-R disk, which it says it can record onto, I know this because it says this in the manual, and on the sticker on the front of the unit. I get the same error message. “Cannot be played, nor recorded onto”.
Have you got any suggestions on what I can do?
